…Waiting for time to run us down…

All you “Emo” (read: scene) kids out there really need to wake up and smell the coffee. These little traits of the emo sub-culture should not just be things that you do so you can count yourselves one of the tortured few. If it’s a conscious choice, it’s not genuine and you’re just looking for an identity.

Anyway. Went to the travel agent today, and it’s really happening. In four months time Lauren & I will be jetsetting off to London via Brunei and Dubai (one question we gotta ask ourselves is do we feel lucky? well, do ya? Maybe I do.. maybe someone spiked my drink with felix felicis… Maybe it’s just recklessness or not buying into the state of terror the rest of the world seems to be in. And me with all my conspiracy theories! Really, what is the world coming to?!) Then off to Amsterdam, the Rhine Valley, Munich, Innsbruck, Venice, Florence, Rome, Paris and then back to London. We’ll be there for another two weeks before going home, so that’s when we’ll be heading over to Denmark, etc. We’ll also be meeting up with Noelle and visiting the Great Hall, the Churches and castles and everything else of any interest.

I’m going to have to get a camera or maybe get a couple of memory sticks for Lauren’s camera. Also have to get boots, a jacket, thermals, luggage… Not to mention passports > <. oh well. I guess we’re pretty unorganised. I mean, i sent away for my birth certificate but then they told me i had no id! wtf? Why would I bother? How stupid do they think I am? And then they waste the cost of postage to send me a letter telling me that? lol… all i am ever going to have are photocopies of ids,as I live in QLD now. How difficult do they want to make it for me? I’ll call them on Monday. Monday monday monday. It should be good. I’m enjoying work at the moment, the investigating and then finalising things… it’s interesting.
